Reiki
Reiki unlocks potential; it transforms, heals and aligns the mind, body and spirit. Reiki energy healing originated in Japan in the early 1900s. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words “re” and “ki”, meaning universal life energy. The technique and practice is passed from master teacher to student. Reiki healing promotes integrated healing, insight and wellness.
Meditation
Meditation practice retrains and transforms the mind, releases us from attachment, and helps us uncover our innate nature. The path begins with concentration (samatha) meditation, to calm the mind. It continues with the cultivation of penetrating reality with insight (vipassanā) meditation. Ultimately the two are united, the truth arises, attachments released and the mind is transformed.
Astrology
Astrology generates awareness, providing insight into life’s hardest, most important questions — past, present, and future. We are uniquely born individuals; our birth chart reveals aspects of our soul’s history and intention, and how it has arranged circumstances in our lives to support us as we grow and flourish.

Margaret is an engaged Buddhist, spiritual teacher, and guide. She is a Vipassanā meditation teacher, Reiki master, intuitive healer, and evolutionary transformative astrologer.
Margaret is a creator and author, including THE ASTROLOGY DECK©, MY ASTROLOGY JOURNAL, and COMPREHENSIVE COURSE IN ASTROLOGY.
Trained in Singapore by Juliette Munro, Reiki Master, Margaret has practiced as a Usui-certified Reiki Master in Singapore, Thailand, California, Seattle and Portland since 1999. She has performed healing sessions and/or initiated hundreds of people to all levels of Reiki practice.
Margaret is trained in Intuitive Healing as a conduit for healing, able to transcend traditional healing methods to facilitate deep healing.
She is a Vipassanā Meditation teacher and student of Dr. K.K. Tan in Singapore, teaching under his guidance with his curriculum in person and online since 1999. Margaret began her personal meditation practice in 1979 with Transcendental Meditation and has practiced Vipassanã since 1995.
Margaret began her Evolutionary Astrology practice in 1995. She specializes in transformational, individual soul-based astrology that focuses on manifesting one’s destiny and transforming consciousness.
